Ok, that great,...I sort of had the right idea, but was looking in the wrong places,

Note,Edit: I did what you said and it works,...qb64 starts up on it's own.
Note, I also made this change in the file desktop.ini
Because at first it still did not work, but there was 2 start up folders,
the second was in side a folder called programs, and that is where I put the
shortcut, the second time, and I dicided to add the line at the bottom of the ini file,...so anyway it works now
