Can QB64, be made to auto start in windows ?

If I want qb64 to start automaticly, when I start windows, or in other words, be the first progam that starts,(loads) automaticly, is that possible, how would I do that,..?
 I don't mean start it first by clicking it on the desk top, I would like it to start automaticly by itself,...

Hi all,
    Yes Garry you can. Open windows explorer and navigate to Documents and settings folder. Find and open the all users folder. Find and open the start menu folder. Find and opeb the startup folder. Inside this folder place a shortcut to QB64.exe

Ok, that great,...I sort of had the right idea, but was looking in the wrong places,

Note,Edit: I did what you said and it works,...qb64 starts up on it's own.
Note, I also made this change in the file desktop.ini
Because at first it still did not work, but there was 2 start up folders,
the second was in side a folder called programs, and that is where I put the
shortcut, the second time, and I dicided to add the line at the bottom of the ini file,...so anyway it works now
