I also think we should impose preferences aswell, of each file posted should be a ,main basic source with subs atached and all sub code must be totaly encapsulated in the subs and the only data types in the main source should be the variables&arguments passed to the sub.
that way each file stands as its own example program,demo and if we allso impose the sub be well commented it's a tutorial as well.
then their is no library implied but a group of subs if you want the subs compiled to a library you can do so at your leisure and the subs being fully encapsulated lend them selves perfectly to do so.
meaning like this below as template

your initial post should be your readme.txt your sub/file should either be enclosed in Tags with the post or as a dropbox link..
