I just checked into Photo Bucket,...my account was still active,.It appears to me, that if anyone wants to use photo bucket for theyer images, they need to start theyer own account, it is free, then similar to DropBox, you can copy, paste a link to the image or images , anywhere, a e-mail, forum post,..your web site, thus, anyone can "click the link" and get the image,...
This is the only image I have there at this time,...lets see how it works:

The code in the window, is the HTML code used to view the image,
If you have your account started, and you have some images, you can get a "window" that shows, in a way like drop box, , where you can copy the link tags, the Direct link , links you to my (or yours) Photo Bucket folder, and one can copy/download the image that way,. but better is to select the one with the IMG tag, (shown in the code window), Then you can paste the tag into your post, the image also can be "saved as" to your computer if you want,....This dose not occupy any space on SMF because the actual photo is archived at photo bucket, the browser reads the tag,and displays the "thumb nail" in the post,....Anyway it seems to be a good option. I will try to write sort of a tutorial explaining how this works,..and put it in the "other tutorials" if thats ok, with every one. As I can see it may be confuseing to some that know nothing about html tags, etc....But once you have your photo bucket account set up, It may make more sense,.... If I can get a screen shot, of the photo bucket, "folder", with the options for linking I can explain better....since it is late, maybe tommorow or the next couple of days...
Now I will see how it works
